All J. Le Renard items are shipped from Latvia, Riga.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to any international destination.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
To EU countries we are shipping FREE, outside EU zone 25 Eur.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
If it’s in stock, 2 days for processing order, after your piece will ship 5-7 working days.
Out-of-stock and custom pieces are made to order, and will ship within three weeks.
If you’re on a tight deadline, we’ll do our best to take care of you – just drop us a line at info@jlerenard.com to talk rush orders.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your J. Le Renard account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.

*We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved. Packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

To activate your discount code, simply enter the code at checkout in the payment section when placing your order online.
