All the J.Le Renard Jewelry items are packed by hand in our label’s packaging and shipped from Riga, Latvia (EU).
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the moment of the purchase. You’ll receive a shipping information and a DHL tracking number confirmation by e-mail as soon as your purchase is dispatched.
Orders are not being shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Delays may accure during public holidays or severe weather conditions.
We offer a worldwide DHL Express shipping on all orders above 1500€.
Other orders:
EU Zone: 15€
Rest of the World: 35€
International orders may incur additional. If you are based outside the EU zone, please check with your local customs office for accurate delivery costs, as J.Le Renard Jewelry is not reliable for the import duties, customs and local sales taxes outside the EU.
For pieces that are Made to Order, we usually need approximately 21 working days before your order can be shipped.
