Returns & Exchanges
In case if you are unhappy with your J.Le Renard purchase, you can exchange or refund the items within 14 days after you have received your delivery. You can choose between money refund or a 90 days valid store credit. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, the made-to-order pieces nor solid gold items. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns. We kindly suggest you to e-mail us at email@example.com prior returning your goods. If the item is returned due to a claim or we have sent you the wrong item, the full amount including shipping costs will be refunded. If you’re located outside the EU, when posting your return, please mark on the outside of the parcel that this is a “return shipment to origin” to ensure that it’s not held in customs.
The refund for the original order will be processed as soon as the item has arrived at our office. The refund is made using the same payment method used at purchase. The return will be processed within 10 working days and the refund or a store credit valid for 90 days will be issued. Please note that J.Le Renard Jewelry only issues a full refund if the product is returned in the same condition as at the time of delivery, with tag still attached. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria. A deduction of the value might be made if the item is not returned in perfect condition. Original shipping fees, duties or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.
SALE AND SPECIAL OFFER ITEM REFUNDS
Only full price items may be refunded. “Sale” or “Special Offer” items cannot be refunded nor exchanged for a store credit unless approved defective, faulty or damaged.
You can place a new order at www.jlerenard.com using your store credit. Prior buying a ring, we kindly suggest you to use the J.Le Renard jewellery size guide to choose your size carefully and avoid further exchanges. The exchange of the size is at the cost of the customer. Due to the jewelry handmade process,
it may take up to 21 working days to be processed in case if the desired item or size is out of stock.
THE RETURN PROCESS
Log into your www.jlerenard.com customer account and select “My Returns”. If you missed to create your account earlier at the checkout, you can do it also now. You need your order number and email address. You’ll be then walked through the steps to select the item being returned and to generate the necessary shipping labels. Please note that return shipments are at the customers own expense. You should always use a approved shipping carrier such as DHL, UPS, DPD, OMNIVA, etc. Always keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for proof of shipment and for tracking. J.Le Renard Jewelry doesn’t bring the responsibility nor guarantees the receipt of your returned items in impeccable state. The customer is fully responsible for the goods until it has been delivered to our office by customer’s chosen carrier.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please, first check if your indicated bank account details are correct. Then contact your credit card issuer. Mind that it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted.
